first colored belt a student earns is the Gold belt. A gold belt signifies
the begining of a students journey. |

orange belt is the second belt earned in Ashcrafts Tae Kwon Do. |

Green belt symbolizes the growth achieved by the student and marks the
transition to intermediate student ranks. |

Purple belt is the first rank that the Intermediate student attains. |

Blue belt is the half way point on the path to Black belt status. |

Red belt is marks the transition to the advanced ranks. The color of blood
the red belt serves as a warning to those who challenge. |

Brown belt has three degrees of rank. The 3rd degree Brown Belt test is
the first to incorporate physical fitness and sparring into the test. |

2nd degree Brown Belt marks the mid-point in the Brown Belt Training for
advanced students. This is a time of refinement for the student. |
